Higher racial diversity in business, law schools linked to higher grad salaries (nature.com)
SilverElfin 1 days ago [-]
This is a really simplistic claim. It could easily just be that salaries for graduates went up over time, and the schools with greater reputation happen to be the ones that had the most diversity simply because they had the most discrimination in the college admissions process. For example, the private Ivy League schools. Or, that employers with DEI programs were paying more to hire “diverse” candidates and meet their quotas for race and gender.
